UX Designer

Job Description

This is an opportunity to take ownership of core user journeys and system-level UX while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and customers as the platform grows internationally.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead UX strategy and execution across workflows, automation, and AI agent experiences
• Turn complex, technical systems (APIs, prompting, evaluations, workflows) into clear, usable, and elegant user journeys
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to design, test, and ship at speed
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions
• Define and evolve UX patterns, interaction standards, and design systems
• Advocate for customer-first thinking across the product organization

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of UX design experience working on digital products end-to-end
• Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, automation platforms, or AI products
• Strong portfolio showing systems thinking, usability, and real-world impact
• Comfortable engaging with technical users and concepts (JSON, APIs, logs, workflows)
• Self-directed, collaborative, and effective in fast-paced, high-growth environments
