UX & Product Thinking

• Leading UX from discovery to final prototype – not just making things pretty, but solving real problems
• Mapping user journeys that drive conversions and clarity
• Structuring information so websites feel effortless to navigate
• Designing for real behaviour, not just aesthetics

Interface & Visual Design

• Designing modern, high-end websites that don’t look like everyone else’s
• Creating design systems and component libraries that scale
• Balancing creativity with performance and development practicality
• Delivering pixel-perfect responsive layouts

Motion & Interaction

• Adding motion that feels purposeful – not gimmicky
• Designing transitions and micro-interactions that elevate usability
• Working with devs to bring animations to life cleanly and efficiently
• Building a motion style that becomes part of our signature work

Collaboration

• Working directly with the Head of Project Delivery and senior team
• Presenting and defending your design decisions with confidence
• Contributing ideas that improve how we design and build
• Raising the creative standard across the studio

About You
Experience

• 2+ years designing real websites, not just mockups
• A portfolio that shows strong UX thinking, originality, and polish
• Evidence you can design beyond templates and trends

Technical Skill

• Advanced Figma workflow
• Motion/animation tools like After Effects, Framer, ProtoPie, or similar
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility
• Comfortable designing for dev handoff and real-world constraints
