UI/UX Engineer

Job Description

Your new role 
As a UI/UX Engineer, you will be a subject-matter expert in designing and implementing user interfaces for data-driven applications and analytics visualisations. You’ll define and evolve a UI/UX strategy for delivering insights through Grafana dashboards and plugins, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers. Your work will bridge the gap between technical data outputs and user-centric visual storytelling, contributing to a scalable and repeatable design framework across the HCM Digital Solutions ecosystem.
What you’ll need to succeed 
Experience designing UIs for analytics, IoT, or data-heavy applicationsHands-on experience with Grafana or similar, including dashboard creation and plugin developmentStrong front-end development skills in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSSFamiliarity with modern front-end workflows (Webpack, npm)Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma or Miro for wireframing and prototypingUnderstanding of data visualisation principles and human-centered designExperience with micro-frontends and collaborative development environmentsExposure to cloud platforms e.g. AWS, Snowflake (APIs are a plus)
