Job Description

The Role :

As a UI/UX Designer at WSA, you will help shape the user experience of our next-generation, cross-platform audiological applications and solutions. You will work on both disruptive design concepts and meaningful incremental improvements, contributing to products that directly impact hearing healthcare.

Youll collaborate closely with software developers, testers, audiologists, product managers, and business owners, playing a key role in driving user-centered design across complex medical software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

– Collaborate with business owners and product managers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive design solutions

– Drive solution discovery, defining smart feature decisions and clean, user-friendly flows

– Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to support usability testing and validation

– Deliver high-quality, well-thought-through final design solutions

– Contribute to and help evolve our Enterprise Design System

– Actively participate in design reviews and foster a culture of constructive feedback and collaboration

For Senior Designers :

– Mentor and coach fellow UX team members

– Work strategically to raise UX maturity across the wider organization

About You :

You are a user-centered designer with a strong visual sense and a passion for creating seamless, meaningful user journeys. You enjoy collaboration, actively seek feedback, and thrive in cross-functional environments. Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive mindset define your approach to design.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

– Degree in UI/UX Design, Human Factors, Service Design, or a related field

– 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (5+ years for Senior level)

– Strong knowledge of web and mobile interface design best practices

– Proficiency across the full UX lifecycle : research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing

– Practical knowledge of Universal Design principles and accessibility standards

– Excellent proficiency in Figma

– Hands-on experience with design systems (strategy, contribution, and maintenance)

– Strong graphic design skills, including iconography, illustration, motion, and 3D design

– Ability to proactively solicit feedback and continuously improve design quality

– A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design for digital products and services

Preferred Experience :

– Experience working with med-tech or usability-managed environments, including familiarity with required processes and documentation
