Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Own and deliver polished UI designs across multiple web and mobile products
  • Design complex workflows with clear information architecture and interaction models
  • Work within established design systems and contribute to local component libraries
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
  • Collaborate with Design Lead, Product Owners, Developers and key stakeholders
  • Participate in UI reviews and iterate based on feedback and technical constraints
  • Clearly communicate design rationale and contribute to ongoing product evolution

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products with complex logic or data flows
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma – including components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping
  • Strong visual design skills and a system-thinking mindset
  • Experience with user research and usability testing
  • Meticulous attention to detail – you spot inconsistencies before anyone else
  • Confident communicator who can take feedback and run with it

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or enterprise-level products
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
  • Exposure to native mobile design (iOS/Android) and/or developer handoff tools
