Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• 4–6 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience for web applications, SaaS products or digital platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interface designs
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, libraries and interactive prototypes
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, information architecture and interaction design
• Experience designing responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet and mobile
• Ability to translate complex business requirements and workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems, UI components and visual guidelines
• Strong understanding of typography, colour, spacing, layout, hierarchy and accessibility principles
• Experience collaborating with developers, product owners and other stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage feedback, revisions and multiple design tasks within sprint timelines
• Good to have: usability testing, user research, analytics tools, HTML/CSS basics, Agile/Scrum and experience with B2B SaaS products

What we’re looking for

• Analyze product requirements, user stories, business workflows and acceptance criteria
• Convert complex requirements into user journeys, task flows, information architecture and intuitive experiences
• Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Design responsive interfaces for web applications across desktop, tablet and mobile devices
• Plan and conduct user research, stakeholder interviews and usability testing when required
• Identify usability issues and recommend improvements based on user feedback, data and product goals
• Build, maintain and improve reusable components, design systems and interface guidelines
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and technically feasible implementation
• Prepare clear design specifications, assets, states and interaction details for developer handoff
• Review implemented designs and provide feedback to maintain visual and functional consistency
• Design positive, negative, empty, loading, error and edge-case states across product workflows
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, design reviews and product release activities
• Manage feedback and design iterations while maintaining consistency across the platform
• Contribute ideas to improve user experience, design processes and overall product quality
