UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design engaging and user-centric Android mobile application interfaces.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and design systems.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure designs follow Android Material Design guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Create responsive and adaptive mobile experiences across different Android devices.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
• Analyze user feedback and application performance metrics to improve user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years focused on Android applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing Android app designs and UX case studies.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Deep understanding of Android Material Design and mobile usability principles.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes and conducting usability testing.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for Android tablets, foldable devices, and wearables.
• Basic understanding of Android development (Kotlin/Java).
• Experience with Design Systems and Component Libraries.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience working with SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, or E-commerce applications.
