Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for web applications, dashboards, customer portals, and platform workflows.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to support new features and product enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product teams, engineers, and users to understand business needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, competitive analysis, and feedback reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance customer journeys and optimize user experiences across multiple touchpoints.
• Create workflows and experiences that simplify complex interactions, making them accessible and engaging.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the platform’s design system, visual language, and UX standards.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain consistency across the platform.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design patterns for efficiency and scalability.
• Analyze user engagement data and feedback to inform ongoing design improvements.
• Participate in product discussions, design reviews, and feature planning sessions to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Support product demonstrations and communicate design decisions effectively during customer feedback sessions.

Qualifications

• Final-year students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals with a strong interest in UI/UX, product design, or customer experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant projects, personal work, freelance assignments, hackathons, academic projects, or startup experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and a user-centric mindset.
• Curiosity about user behavior, product experiences, and design thinking methodologies.
• Interest in technology, AI, SaaS products, startups, and digital innovation.
• Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate designs quickly.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive attitude towards learning and problem-solving.
