Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled UI Engineer to join our team on a contract basis and help build high-quality, intuitive, and accessible digital experiences.

In this role, you will apply your expertise in frontend development and user interface engineering to support the development and training of next-generation AI systems. Your work will contribute to how AI models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world inputs.

No prior AI experience is required. We value strong UI/frontend engineering expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to create user-focused digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.
  • Translate product requirements and design concepts into elegant, scalable, and functional UI solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality frontend experiences.
  • Build responsive interfaces that work consistently across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
  • Develop reusable and maintainable UI components using modern frontend development practices.
  • Optimize frontend applications for performance, scalability, usability, and maintainability.
  • Participate in design and code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve UI quality and consistency.
  • Follow frontend engineering best practices, coding standards, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Stay current with modern frontend frameworks, UI technologies, design patterns, and industry trends.
  • Document technical decisions, UI implementations, and development processes clearly.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work independently and proactively in a fully remote and distributed team environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in UI Engineering / Frontend Development.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, frontend development methodologies, and responsive web design.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with component-based architecture and reusable UI components.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
