Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain responsive, high-performance front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and best-practice development standards.
• Collaborate closely with UX/CX designers, product owners and technical teams to deliver intuitive, customer-focused digital experiences.
• Develop scalable integrations with REST APIs and contribute to enterprise-grade solutions that align with architectural and security standards.
• Drive DevSecOps practices by implementing automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Support the delivery of spatial mapping capabilities and contribute to the ongoing modernisation of legacy systems within a large-scale digital transformation program.

Key Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience as a UI Developer with expertise in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular and/or React.
• Strong experience building enterprise web applications using Node.js, REST APIs, responsive design principles and modern front-end tooling.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing (Jest or similar) and secure development.
• Experience working with spatial technologies such as OpenLayers, Google Maps and interactive mapping solutions is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, UX and technical teams in an Agile environment.
