About the role
This is a full-time role based in our Baulkham Hills office, where you will play a key part in creating exceptional user experiences for our industry-leading building automation solutions. As the UI Designer Graphics, you will be responsible for designing visually stunning and highly intuitive graphical user interfaces that delight our customers and drive the success of our products.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing user interface designs for our building automation software and hardware products
- Collaborate closely with our product managers, software engineers and other designers to translate business and user requirements into polished UI designs
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas
- Maintain design consistency and brand alignment across our product suite
- Support the implementation of designs by providing guidance and oversight to the development team
What we’re looking for
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and colour
- Experience in user-centred design, including conducting user research, usability testing, and iterative design
- Familiarity with front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and development processes
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
