ABOUT THIS ROLE

Our enterprise level high end banking client is looking for pilot and Test manager/coordinator for the Cards area (therefore experience in that banking area is vital here) outsourcing and integration programme deliveries.

Main responsibility to ensure end-to-end value chain testing across banking Channels, backend systems, outsourced services, including data synchronization and business reporting. There are number of these scenarios.

Role would involve, but not be limited to:

– Creating/adopting framework for testing and align that with supplier and development teams

– Planning, coordinating and overseeing execution of end-to-end testing activities in a cross-functional environment.

– Coordinating test case creation and execution between the bank and supplier

– Managing defect tracking, follow-up and reporting of test progress, proactively identifying risks, dependencies and gaps

– Coordinate pilot activities (verification in production environment)

Scope would be Sweden, Savings Banks in Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

The programme spans multiple delivery streams, systems and external partners. Success in this role will require a highly experienced and self-driven professional who can establish structure, build trust across diverse stakeholders, and drive progress in a complex and evolving environment.
