Test Analyst

Your new role

You will be responsible for defining, validating and engineering performance and resilience requirements across large‑scale web‑based systems. You will conduct capacity planning, create performance models, assess architectural risks, identify bottlenecks and implement monitoring frameworks. A key focus of the role is strong, hands‑on performance testing using JMeter, along with troubleshooting performance issues across multiple application tiers.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Strong, hands‑on JMeter experience (core requirement)
• Solid background in performance testing for web‑based applications
• Experience with LoadRunner, Splunk, App Insights, Dynatrace and Grafana
• Cloud performance analysis experience (Azure highly regarded)
• Ability to analyse complex performance issues and recommend optimisations
• Experience in NFR consulting, workload modelling and production analytics
• Basic coding capability (Java, JavaScript, Python) and strong query‑writing skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business, dev and QA teams
• Experience supporting performance testing across the full SDLC
