Technical Project Manager

Job Description

This includes defining standards and guidelines for how projects should be managed, developing templates for timelines and scope, creating budgeting and budget tracking structures, ensuring audit and compliance processes are followed, and preparing project closure checklists.

Additionally, this role oversees and governs the entire program to ensure alignment, consistency, and effective execution across all projects.

Brief update on what we are looking for in Techno Project Manager :

1. End-to-End Ownership :

– Takes complete responsibility for project delivery from initiation to closure.

– Owns planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.

2. Strategic Thinking & Execution :

– Aligns project goals with business objectives.

– Anticipates risks and proactively mitigates them.

3. Leadership in Large-Scale Delivery :

– Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stream projects with large teams (20+ HC).

– Coordinates cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones.

4. Stakeholder Management :

– Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

– Communicates effectively with senior leadership, clients, and delivery teams.

5. Technical Competence :

– Understands technical architecture and delivery complexities.

– Can bridge the gap between business and technology teams.

6. Process & Governance :

– Implements best practices in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies.

– Waterfall is mandatory.

– Ensures compliance with governance, quality, and reporting standards.

7. Results-Oriented & Accountable :

– Focuses on outcomes, not just activities.

– Drives teams toward measurable success metrics (cost, time, quality).

8. Adaptability & Problem Solving :

– Thrives in dynamic environments and adapts to changing priorities.

– Resolves conflicts and removes roadblocks swiftly.

– Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques

– Good understanding of Datacenter, Application Migrations & Implementations
