Technical Lead – Full Stack developer
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead end-to-end design and development of the portal application.
– Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
– Develop scalable backend services using Python and Django.
– Build responsive UI using React and modern front-end frameworks.
– Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
– Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization.
– Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of the application.
– Mentor and guide developers and junior team members.
– Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD, deployments, and environment setup.
Required Skills & Experience:
– 12+ years of overall experience in software development.
– Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django(backend) and React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (frontend).
– Experience in designing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
– Strong understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL).
– Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
– Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
– Excellent communication and articulation skills.
