The Role: Reporting to the IT Manager, you’ll play a key role bridging business need with tech solutions, helping drive innovation across systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between stakeholders and tech teams to gather and document requirements
  • Configure and support digital tools, including Sharedo
  • Create reports and dashboards with Power BI
  • Maintain and enhance websites and web apps
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Assist with AI tool development (e.g. Microsoft CoPilot)
  • Support testing, training, and documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement

Skills/Experience

  • 3–5 years in a similar role, ideally in legal or professional services
  • Experience with Sharedo, Power BI, web and CMS platforms
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Power Platform
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Ads
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in legal tech and delivering impactful digital solutions
