Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand current systems, capabilities and dependencies.
• Document technology lifecycles, standards, policies and governance frameworks.
• Analyse fragmented technology environments and identify opportunities to improve consistency, oversight and risk management.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions across both business and ICT teams.
• Support the development of enterprise-wide technology policies, standards and roadmaps.
• Work closely with project and delivery teams to ensure governance objectives align with business outcomes.
• Balance technology compliance, security and privacy requirements with operational needs.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with technology governance, enterprise systems, application lifecycles or ICT operating models.
• Skilled in business process mapping, requirements elicitation and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of data, privacy, risk and compliance considerations.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and influencing outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
