Team Leader (Website Selling)

Job Description

Responsibilities :
• Accept functional and system requirements for development from the Business Analysis team. To plan and prioritise these developments within the development team to deliver tested solutions to agreed timescales.
• Monitor and encourage developers to ensure that individuals perform well, solutions meet design and quality standards, and the team as a whole meets timescales.
• Assist in the resolution of issues and blockages which threaten delivery timescales.
• Undertake technical design for functional specifications from Business Analysts.
• Software coding and unit testing in line with technical design and functional specification.
• Work on Revenue opportunity Assessments.
• Team management .
