Role Overview:

We are seeking a Systems Analyst with a strong background in process automation, legacy-to-cloud transitions, and cross-functional systems integration. You will work directly with business units and IT to analyze bottlenecks, re-engineer workflows, and align system design with specific operational goals. Your insights will directly impact our transition to a more efficient, data-informed enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of current business systems (including an AS400-based inventory platform and homegrown order management tools).
  • Define technical requirements to support the migration of key processes to Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and Data teams to ensure seamless API integration between legacy systems, ERP, and Salesforce.
  • Lead the documentation and revision of workflows, identifying automation opportunities using Power Automate and Python-based tools.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on recurring data sync issues across procurement and logistics systems.
  • Develop test cases for system changes and validate output with stakeholders in finance, operations, and compliance.
  • Act as SME for reporting needs across SAP BI, Power BI, and internal dashboards during monthly close and audit cycles.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Systems Analyst role, preferably in a manufacturing, logistics, or distribution-heavy environment.
  • Hands-on experience with API-based integration projects, especially involving ERPs and CRMs.
  • Proficient with SQL, Power Automate, JIRA, and system mapping using Lucidchart or Visio.
  • Demonstrated ability to write functional specs for developers and translate between technical and business languages effectively.
  • Strong familiarity with Azure, Dynamics 365, or equivalent hybrid cloud platforms.
  • Experience with UAT coordination, test script writing, and post-deployment validation across environments.
