Your new role

In this exciting new role, you will be:

• Administering Windows and Linux server environments across compute, storage, and infrastructure services.
• Supporting a geographically dispersed, high-assurance network environment.
• Managing virtualised environments and enterprise storage platforms (Pure Storage preferred).
• Maintaining identity services including Active Directory, Group Policy, and MFA.
• Monitoring system performance, capacity planning, and ensuring system optimisation.
• Supporting backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Automating tasks using PowerShell or Ansible (desirable).
• Troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues within a secure environment.
• Collaborating with architecture, networking, and cyber security teams.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in your application, you will need:

• Proven experience administering enterprise Windows and Linux environments.
• Strong experience with VMware and virtualised infrastructure.
• Experience managing storage solutions (Pure Storage highly regarded).
• Knowledge of identity and access management (Active Directory, MFA, GPO).
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in secure or high-assurance environments.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative engineering team.
