System Analyst

Job Description

As a System Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, helping product teams, engineers and stakeholders turn ideas into scalable, secure and customer-focused banking solutions.

Your work will influence products that thousands of customers use every day.

How do you create value?

• Discover and analyse business needs together with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Design scalable system solutions and integration approaches together with Software Engineers and Architects.
• Analyse existing systems, identify improvement opportunities and help shape future solution designs.
• Ensure seamless integrations and data flows between applications and services.
• Support solution design and delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects and business teams to deliver valuable solutions.
• Participate in testing, validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain high-quality system documentation and process descriptions.
• Help ensure that solutions meet security, compliance and regulatory requirements.
  

You are a true expert in the team when

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst or in a similar technical analysis role.
• You enjoy analysing complex business challenges and turning them into clear technical solutions.
• You have experience gathering and analysing business and system requirements.
• You enjoy translating business needs into technical solutions that engineering teams can build with confidence.
• You enjoy working closely with Software Engineers and collaborating across technical and business teams.
• You have a good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and know how to balance the bigger picture with attention to detail.
• You communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
