Job Description

Technical Expertise

  • Proven ability to analyse large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated experience requirements gathering, collaboratively developing, and implementing technical solutions to business problems
  • SQL skills and developed skills in at least one scripting language like R or Python
  • Experience in dashboarding and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
  • Extensive experience with Git / Github
  • Experience working with dbt or similar orchestration/modelling tools like airflow beneficial
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure beneficial

  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills
  • High-level data visualisation and analytical thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
  • A collaborative, consultative approach to working with stakeholders
  • Passion for social justice and alignment with Oxfam’s values and mission
