Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor production services and respond promptly to alerts, incidents, and outages to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
2. Monitor trading systems, applications, and infrastructure to maintain operational stability.
3. Triage issues across trading support services, databases, and infrastructure, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
4. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
5. Serve as the first line of support for trading operations and critical production systems.
6. Proactively identify recurring issues and implement automation to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.
7. Enhance observability by improving monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
8. Develop, maintain, and update operational runbooks, standard operating procedures, and incident response documentation.
9. Track and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure service reliability.
10. Collaborate closely with developers, traders, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues, manage deployments, and improve operational workflows.
11. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to databases, services, and trading support systems.
12. Contribute to the long-term stability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical systems.
