Success Specialist 

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct effective teacher training and onboarding programs.
2. Conduct mock training sessions and ensure teachers are fully prepared before demos/classes.
3. Create, update, and maintain SOPs and process documentation for teachers.
4. Ensure teachers follow company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
5. Support curriculum development, review, and implementation.
6. Track and submit the monthly class count report for all teachers.
7. Monitor teacher performance and provide regular, constructive feedback.
8. Conduct monthly teacher meetings to address updates, challenges, and performance.
9. Identify teacher concerns and work proactively on teacher engagement and retention.
10. Coordinate with the Program, Support, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth academic operations.
11. Maintain accurate records related to teacher training, performance, compliance, and feedback.
