Sr UX/UI Design-web/App-Digital Health

Job Description

Responsibilities :

– Designing interfaces for Flutter, React-native or Native app ( iOS, Android), and web features.

– Creating detailed wireframes as well as visual design comps.

– Creating User flows and journey maps.

– Produce multiple concepts and variations; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fidelity sketches.

– Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually.

– Contribute to the definition and scope of project timelines.

– Collaborating with the entire Product Design team and participating in review sessions for other MLB projects.

– Evaluate Designs and provide actionable feedback to other designers.

– Capable of running with project initiatives on their own, ensuring the progress of a project.

– Provide support and guidance to the Product and Associate Product Designers.

– Capable of handling multiple projects at any given time.

Qualifications :

– B Design ( Product Design UX/UI) from NIFT / NID & from any recognized University.

– B Tech with Diploma in Product Design/ UX /UI.

Job Location: Delhi NCR, India.

– Thereafter from the new coming up office which is Our Global HO and Global Technology Center & Global R&D & AI Health Innovation Center to be based in Delhi NCR, India.

Experience :
– Post qualification up to 5 years of professional UX/UI and Or Visual Design/ Graphics Design Product Design experience in Mobile App and Web application in any startup company in any industry, preferably in digital Health mobile app and web application.

– Ability to understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors and translate them into easy-to-use interfaces.

– Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

– Strong knowledge of User Experience design processes and methodology.

– Ability to collaborate with others to envision and iterate on concepts.

Advanced proficiency :

– Hands-on experience and proficiency in Wireframing, design, and prototyping tools like mockup, Sketch, Sketchapp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision studio, Axure Pro, Framer X /Invision Studio / Sketchapp /Invision / Proto io /MS Visio /Adobe XD /UxPin XD, Figma, Japlin and Adobe CC.
