About The Job

Are you interested in solving complex problems for ServiceNow customers? We’re the leading DevOps partner in the ServiceNow ecosystem and are looking for engineers that are ready to learn the latest technologies and integrate them with the ServiceNow platform. This is a unique opportunity to work with the ServiceNow platform while still learning AWS, GCP, Azure along with Jenkins, Github, QA tools, and more!

What You’ll Do

• Develop quality software and web applications
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications
• Design highly scalable, testable code
• Discover and fix programming bugs
• 3rd party integration development (REST, SOAP, mid servers, etc)
• Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, UI scripts
• Work independently with customers on implementations and remote services
• Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues
• Attend requirements review and validation sessions as needed
• Participate in SCRUM calls
• Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills
• Stay on time and on task with assigned customer work
  

Who You Are

• Live in and authorized to work in EMEA
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Development experience with JS or ServiceNow
• Experience working with ITOM products is a plus
• Experience in Cloud-Native implementations of Discovery, ServiceMapping, AIOps is a plus.
• Experience/willingness working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-Learner and eager to understand new technologies
