Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Solution Architect with 10–12 years of experience in software architecture, solution design, and technical pre-sales. The role involves joining customer conversations with Sales/Delivery teams, understanding technical requirements, designing scalable solutions, and creating strong technical proposals that help win new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend customer calls with Client Partner/Delivery Partner to understand technical needs, challenges, and expectations.
  • Translate requirements into clear solution outlines, architecture diagrams, functional/non-functional specifications, and scope definitions.
  • Design architectures across cloud-native applications, enterprise systems, integrations, APIs, microservices, and data flows.
  • Work closely with vertical solution teams/SMEs to validate feasibility, estimations, and delivery approach.
  • Lead creation of technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution decks, SOW technical sections, and effort estimations.
  • Act as a bridge between customer, delivery, engineering, CoE, and pre-sales teams.
  • Contribute proactive solution ideas, accelerators, and reusable templates to support account growth.

Required Experience

  • 10–12 years in software engineering, architecture, or technical pre-sales roles.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and scalable enterprise architectures.
  • Hands-on understanding of:
  • Microservices architecture
  • REST/gRPC APIs
  • Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Messaging/Event-driven systems
  • CI/CD and DevOps fundamentals
  • Security, performance, scalability principles
  • Ability to prepare clean, professional architecture diagrams (Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, Miro).
  • Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and articulation skills.
  • Prior experience supporting RFP/RFI responses or building technical proposals.
