Job Description

The Role:

As a Software Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of software developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring project success through effective leadership, collaboration, and technical expertise.

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers
• Oversee project planning and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
• Facilitate team meetings and performance reviews
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Team Structure: You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products.

• Experience in software development
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies
• Experience with Agile/Scrum processes
• Familiarity with cloud technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills

Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
