Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholder departments in business, operations, technology, regulators, etc and co-ordinate execution by respective owners
- Execute projects according to plan, scope, budget & timeline
- Ensure project execution adhere to policies, procedures and criteria
- Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
- Understand interdependencies between business, operations and technology
- Analyze risk and propose mitigation plan
- Assist in Test Progress, Defects Analysis
- Analyze current business processes to identify AI integration opportunities.
- Collaborate with business sponsors, product managers, data scientist, technology partners to realize business needs into actual solution.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and validate AI model readiness.
- Familiar with Associative data modeling, predictive & text analytics, classification, data exploration, summarization.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to develop use case benefits explanation, business requirement documents (BRDs), process maps, data dictionaries, client journey, user stories..etc
Key Requirements:
- Bachelorsā Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 4 yearsā relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution
- Experience in Software Development and analyst i.e Java, SQL, Data, Business analysis
- Able to perform40% Project Management and 60% Functional Business Analysis Work
- Have relevant experience with Trade Finance Products or Operations
