Software Engineer – Java

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Hands-on Development

– Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.

– Write clean, efficient, and testable code using modern programming languages and frameworks.

– Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Design Thinking :

– Apply user-centric design principles to create intuitive and impactful solutions.

– Prototype and iterate quickly to validate ideas.

Automation & DevOps (Plus) :

– Contribute to building CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

– Assist in infrastructure automation and configuration management.

– Support operational excellence through monitoring and reliability practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :– Strong proficiency in Core Java tech stack.

– Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.

– Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

– Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development practices.

Preferred Skills :– Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

– Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

– Understanding of observability tools and SRE concepts.

Mindset & Approach :– Strong problem-solving skills with a design-thinking mindset.

– Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

– Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
