Job Description

  • Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing systems to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Design and develop new applications, features, and services based on business requirements
  • Lead end‑to‑end development independently — from requirement analysis and system design to implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions on time and to a high standard
  • Apply best practices in software architecture, security, and code quality
  • Explore and integrate AI‑assisted features, such as intelligent workflows, automation, data‑driven insights, or API‑based AI services where appropriate
  • Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical challenges efficiently
  • Write and maintain clear technical documentation to support long‑term maintainability
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement, modernization, and adoption of new technologies
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on full stack development experience
  • Strong proficiency in front‑end technologies:
    • JavaScript / TypeScript
    • HTML, CSS, SCSS
    • Angular, Bootstrap
  • Solid experience with back‑end technologies:
    • SQL Server (including Stored Procedures and performance optimization)
    • Java, PHP
    • Spring Boot (API development)
  • Good understanding of software architecture patterns:
    • MVC, MVP, MVVM
  • Experience deploying and managing applications in hosting environments such as:
    • Amazon AWS (EC2, S3, RDS)
    • Vodien (cPanel)
    • HostSG (FileZilla)
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git; experience with AWS CodeCommit is a plus)
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies, including AI tools and frameworks
  • Hands‑on experience with ASP.NET Web Forms or ASP.NET MVC
  • Prior exposure to AI‑related integrations, such as:
    • Automating workflows using AI tools
    • Enhancing applications with intelligent recommendations or data insights
