Job Description

Responsibilities

Own features end-to-end from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support

– Develop and optimize APIs, backend services, and distributed microservice architectures.

– Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, indexes, and database performance for large-scale applications.

– Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Kafka-based event-driven systems, including producers, consumers, consumer groups, replay strategies, and failure recovery.

– Develop and optimize Elasticsearch indexes, mappings, search queries, and performance for high-volume search workloads.

– Deploy, monitor, and support applications running in Kubernetes, including Helm charts, CronJobs, autoscaling, and production troubleshooting.

– Contribute to AWS-based cloud infrastructure and collaborate on Spark and EMR data workflows supporting the platform.

– Contribute to building and maintaining scalable full-stack applications across React frontends and NestJS backend services.

– Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews while helping establish engineering best practices.

– Partner cross-functionally with Product and Design to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
