Job Description

 The role focuses on producing technically rigorous, stakeholder-ready documentation with strong structure and formatting quality.

Core Responsibilities

• Submit original .DOCX software engineering documents for formal quality review
• Create technical deliverables such as PRDs, architecture documents, API specs, and migration plans
• Produce stakeholder-ready documentation with charts, methodologies, and reproducibility notes
• Ensure all submitted materials are personally created and legally shareable
• Maintain strong formatting discipline and clear document hierarchy across deliverables
• Participate as an independent contractor on a flexible remote schedule

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in software engineering documentation and technical writing
• Expertise in creating structured, stakeholder-facing technical deliverables
• Proficiency in preparing real-world .DOCX files with detailed technical content and visual polish
• Ability to produce original, human-generated engineering documentation without automated assistance
