Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solutioning, including requirement gathering, analysis, and functional design
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct requirement workshops and ensure alignment on deliverables
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and ensure on-time delivery with high ownership
• Work on Finacle Core Banking modules, especially:
  • E-Limits
  • E-Collaterals
• Perform Finacle customization, including:
  • Menu customization
  • API integration and configuration
  • Batch job setup, execution, and monitoring
• Provide functional expertise across banking modules such as:
  • CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
  • Term Deposits (TD)
  • Loans
  • Limits
  • Collaterals
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and business units
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in delivery
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in banking technology projects with a techno-functional role
• Strong hands-on experience in Finacle Core Banking
• Proven expertise in E-Limits and E-Collaterals modules
• Experience in functional analysis, BRD/FRD creation, and solution design
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in Agile delivery environments
• Solid understanding of banking domain processes
  

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

• Exposure to Node.js
• Familiarity with DevOps practices
• Experience with API-based integrations
