Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable software systems.
  • Support efforts to monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and participate in optimization and refactoring tasks.
  • Work closely with engineering teammates, QA, and operations to deliver reliable and efficient systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following established coding standards, testing practices, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C++, Java, or Golang in a Linux/Unix environment.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Ability to produce readable, well-structured, and maintainable code.
  • Eager to learn, take feedback, and collaborate effectively with peers and mentors.
