About the Role :

We are seeking a Digital Senior Engineer to drive the design and development of modern digital solutions that power next-generation customer experiences.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist who thrives at the intersection of digital transformation, modernization engineering, and scalable platform development.

As a senior engineer, you will play a critical role in building high-impact digital products, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring delivery excellence across the full technology stack.

Key Responsibilities :

– Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance digital applications.

– Build and enhance backend services using modern frameworks and cloud-ready architectures.

– Develop responsive and intuitive front-end experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks.

– Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

– Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability across systems.

– Contribute to API design, system integrations, and data modeling.

– Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies, ensuring high engineering standards.

– Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Skills & Qualifications :

– 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital application development

– Strong experience in full stack development (backend and frontend)

– Proficiency in modern backend technologies (.NET Core or equivalent)

– Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or similar)

– Strong knowledge of SQL databases and data optimization techniques

– Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices, and DevOps practices

– Exposure to modernization initiatives, platform engineering, or digital transformation programs is a plus
