About the Role

We are looking for a curious and driven undergraduate to join our development team. As a customized business solution and system integration firm, we don’t just build cookie-cutter software; we solve complex, specific business problems for our clients.

In this internship, you won’t be fetching coffee. You will be writing code that ships, debugging real-world integration challenges, and experimenting with how Generative AI can be applied to business workflows. You will work directly with senior developers to build custom web applications, integrate diverse systems, and optimize performance.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Build & Maintain Features: Assist in the development of web applications (Frontend & Backend) for client projects.
• AI Integration: Help implement AI features into business applications, such as integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) for text analysis, chatbots, or automated data extraction.
• System Integration: Connect disparate systems via RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth data flow between our custom solutions and client hardware/software.
• Debug & Optimize: Troubleshoot real-world issues—from CORS errors to frontend rendering quirks.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the team to brainstorm solutions for unique client requirements.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Core Tech: Solid understanding of Web Fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and at least one backend language (e.g., Node.js, Python, or PHP).
• AI Fluency: You understand the basics of how Large Language Models (LLMs) work. You know the difference between “training a model” and “prompting a model.”
• The “Consultant” Mindset: You are a problem solver. You are interested in why we are building a feature, not just how.
• Tooling: Familiarity with Git for version control.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

• AI API Experience: You have tried building a small app using the OpenAI API, Vercel AI SDK, or LangChain.
• Prompt Engineering: You understand how to structure prompts to get consistent outputs (e.g., forcing an LLM to output JSON).
• Modern Frameworks: Experience with React, Vue, or Next.js.
• Databases: Understanding of PostgreSQL
