Software Developer/Front-End Designer/Support Engineer
Job Description
Tasks and Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Software Developer &Front-End Designer
- Participate across the full SDLC: demos, design, development, SIT, UAT, go-live, and post go-live support
- Conceive, design, and develop high-quality, responsive, and maintainable code using C#, JavaScript, Python, and Java
- Create and implement wireframes and prototypes using Design Tools (e.g., Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD)
- Optimise performance and ensure adherence to branding/design principles
- Collaborate with the Project & Software Teams to integrate front-end with system architecture
- Support Engineer:
- Deliver first-tier 24/7 customer support (on-call roster) across front-end and back-end
- Troubleshoot BAU incidents (Sev1/Sev2), implement change requests, and support end-user enquiries
- Ensure system stability and user satisfaction with excellent service and communication
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- 3+ years’ experience in front-end development, support engineering, and UI/UX design
- Proficient in C#, JavaScript, Python, Java; familiar with .NET Core and SQL
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue, and REST APIs
- Skilled in HTML, CSS, and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Clear communicator with a calm, customer-focused approach
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Git, Agile experience, system monitoring tools
- Warehouse operations knowledge is a bonus.
