Job Description

Tasks and Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Software Developer &Front-End Designer
    • Participate across the full SDLC: demos, design, development, SIT, UAT, go-live, and post go-live support
    • Conceive, design, and develop high-quality, responsive, and maintainable code using C#, JavaScript, Python, and Java
    • Create and implement wireframes and prototypes using Design Tools (e.g., Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD)
    • Optimise performance and ensure adherence to branding/design principles
    • Collaborate with the Project & Software Teams to integrate front-end with system architecture
  • Support Engineer:
    • Deliver first-tier 24/7 customer support (on-call roster) across front-end and back-end
    • Troubleshoot BAU incidents (Sev1/Sev2), implement change requests, and support end-user enquiries
    • Ensure system stability and user satisfaction with excellent service and communication

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
  • 3+ years’ experience in front-end development, support engineering, and UI/UX design
  • Proficient in C#, JavaScript, Python, Java; familiar with .NET Core and SQL
  • Experience with React, Angular, or Vue, and REST APIs
  • Skilled in HTML, CSS, and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Clear communicator with a calm, customer-focused approach

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Git, Agile experience, system monitoring tools
  • Warehouse operations knowledge is a bonus.
