Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, enhance, and deliver features for our ERP platform across both frontend and backend systems.
2. Work extensively with Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and React to build scalable solutions that address real-world business challenges.
3. Take end-to-end ownership of assigned features, from requirement analysis and development to deployment and post-release support.
4. Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing functionalities based on customer feedback, production issues, and evolving business needs.
5. Collaborate closely with team members and actively contribute to daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
6. Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code while following software engineering best practices.
7. Continuously learn new technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to improve product quality and development efficiency.
8. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, clients, and cross-functional teams.
