About the Role

As a Software Developer, you’ll work across a full-stack environment to design, develop, and support modern web applications. You’ll write clean, maintainable code, contribute to shared UI frameworks, and collaborate with product, UX, and QA teams to deliver accessible, scalable, and secure features. You’ll also play a key role in how cloud-native tools, AI-driven insights, and rich UI components come together to support decision-making and transform care delivery.

What You’ll Do

• As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll own and shape features across our Laravel + Vue (VILT) stack.
• Work closely with our designers, product manager, and development team to deliver meaningful improvements to our platform.
• Contribute to the continued development of our application, ensuring smooth integration and feature delivery.
• Collaborate across the team to define and implement new features, write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, and actively participate in improving development practices – from CI/CD pipelines to code quality standards.
• Opportunity to take ownership of projects, propose new approaches, and shape the direction of our tech stack.
• Critically, integrate AI tools and workflows into your daily development process, and help the team adopt practices that make us faster and more effective.

What We’re Looking For

• We want someone with proven experience building modern web applications in Laravel (3+ years) and strong knowledge of Vue.js or equivalent JavaScript frameworks.
• Should be comfortable working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services, familiar with Git and collaboration tools like Jira, and have a solid understanding of agile development – the practical kind, not the industrial complex.
• An eye for clean, efficient code with an appreciation for simplicity and user experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment. We’re after someone with strong opinions, lightly held – a senior who brings knowledge and experience to the table and is happy to have healthy discourse on proposed solutions.
