Service Now Developer 

Job Description

• 
  Design and implement Now Assist use cases across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and Creator workflows
• Configure and optimise Now Assist skills, including:
• Incident, case, and chat summarisation
• Resolution note generation
• AI‑assisted response drafting
• AI Search and generated answers
• Build and extend AI‑driven workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scripted Logic
• Work with the GenAI Controller, governance rules, and prompt configuration
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high‑value AI automation opportunities
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, privacy, and performance
• Support testing, tuning, and continuous improvement of GenAI outputs

Work on real GenAI implementations , not proof‑of‑concepts that never launchBe part of a team shaping next‑generation ServiceNow platforms

A successful ServiceNow Developer should have:

• Proven experience in developing and customising ServiceNow applications.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including workflows and integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• A background in software development or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality work within set deadlines.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks (preferred but not essential).
