Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Hybris support and maintenance activities
• Coordinate client requests, enhancements, and issue resolution
• Work with stakeholders to gather and implement requirements
• Mentor team members and drive operational excellence

Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP Hybris and eCommerce solutions
• Knowledge of Jira and support operations
• Experience in B2B/B2C environments and SLA management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Leadership, troubleshooting, and team management experience
