Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinating service jobs and supporting the service engineers
  • Scheduling, tracking, and following up service requests
  • Maintaining and updating CRM records
  • Assisting with documentation, reports, and general office administration
  • Liaising with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations
  • Providing day-to-day admin support to the service and operations teams

About you

  • Previous experience as a Service Coordinator or Administrator is a must
  • A background in manufacturing, laboratory instruments, engineering, or a technical service environment is ideal but not essential
  • Strong CRM system experience is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
