Job Description

Responsibility

Translate abstract client goals and brand guidelines into intuitive sitemaps, wireframes, and user flows.

Design high-fidelity website mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma, establishing the visual language for digital projects.

Apply modern UI/UX principles to ensure websites are user-friendly, accessible (WCAG standards), and responsive across all screen sizes.

Create web design systems, including button styles, typography hierarchies, page sections, and component libraries, to ensure consistency across pages.

Present design concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating the rationale behind layout and usability decisions.

CMS Implementation & Build

Conduct thorough Quality Assurance (QA) testing across browsers and devices to ensure the site functions flawlessly before launch.

Take approved designs and build them pixel-perfectly within WordPress using the Elementor page builder (or similar frameworks).

Manage the technical setup of pages, including installing necessary plugins, configuring forms, and integrating third-party tools (CRMs, donation platforms).

Collaborate with back-end developers on complex functionality, providing them with clear design assets and specifications.
