Job Description

Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience with the Salesforce Vlocity platform, including hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
  • Strong background in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), software frameworks, and design patterns.
  • Skilled in building and managing integrations, including REST APIs, Platform Events, and other Salesforce-native integration mechanisms.
  • Certified in:
    • Salesforce Platform Developer I
    • Salesforce Platform Developer II
    • OmniStudio Developer
  • Experience delivering solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds, including:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud
    • Community Cloud
    • Health Cloud
  • Proficient in source control tools such as GitLab, and experienced in package-based development workflows.

Desirable Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience with Atlassian Jira, Visual Studio Code (VSCode), and DevOps practices.
  • Successfully implemented 4+ Salesforce CRM projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Passionate about accessible design and development, with a forward-thinking approach to inclusive user experiences.
  • Comfortable adopting and promoting CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and modern development practices.
