Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
– Own and evolve the visual design language for the fashion & beauty category requirements.
– Lead design strategy & execution for events, stores, product launches, promotions, offsite assets and brand collaborations.
– Translate business goals, customer insights, and cultural trends into compelling visual narratives.
– Mentor and guide a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and editors.
– Review and approve creative work to ensure consistency, quality, and performance.
– Collaborate with copywriters, merchandising, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive storytelling across channels.
– Stay on top of design trends, pop culture, and ecommerce innovations to keep creative fresh and relevant.
– Balance speed and craft executing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
What Were Looking For :
– 6+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
– Strong portfolio showcasing campaign design, branding, and storytelling preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with AI, motion or video tools is a plus.
– Experience in ecommerce or fast-paced consumer brands.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to think strategically and creatively.
– Strong attention to detail, with a passion for quality and aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications :
– Prior experience working with or in ecommerce/fashion/beauty brands.
– A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Mass Communication or a related field.
– Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
