Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Description

Position Accountabilities

• Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that drive business outcomes
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure designs meet and exceed expectations
• Champion a customer-led design philosophy across the business
• Maintain visual consistency across all digital products and brands
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to validate concepts and surface end-user pain points
• Contribute to and maintain design systems
• Collaborate within an Agile delivery environment alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts, and developers
• Leverage A/B testing and site analytics to continuously optimise digital experiences
• Coach and mentor junior UX/UI designers
• Support a culture of compliance, risk awareness, and continuous improvement

What experience you’ll bring

•  6+ years** of UX/UI design experience across responsive web, online services, and/or mobile applications
• Expert proficiency in Figma or equivalent wireframing and prototyping tools
• Experience integrating AI tools and workflows into your design process
• Strong understanding of front-end development frameworks
• Solid grounding in design principles, accessibility standards, typography, and UI components
• Hands-on experience with user research methods — interviews, surveys, usability testing, and beyond
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating your design thinking, process, and craft across multiple form factors (mobile, tablet, desktop)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can articulate ideas and influence stakeholders with confidence
• A collaborative, empathetic, and user-centred mindset
• Experience mentoring and growing UX/UI talent
