Senior UX Designer
Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who’s as passionate .
You’ll be the voice of the customer in every conversation—using research, design thinking, and creativity to turn complex challenges into products people love to use. From early discovery through to delivery, you’ll play a leading role in shaping our digital experiences and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the UX design process across major product initiatives—from research to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and final UI.
- Co-create customer value propositions, roadmaps, and journeys that deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Conduct and apply user research to guide design decisions.
- Present your work confidently, backed by customer insights and design rationale.
- Mentor junior designers and uplift the craft across the practice.
- Help evolve our design system to ensure scalability and consistency.
What makes you great:
- 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience and a portfolio that proves it.
- Mastery of design tools like Figma (or your weapon of choice).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design and agile ways of working.
- Exceptional communication skills—you make the complex feel simple.
- Curious, collaborative, and always looking to level-up design thinking.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects without missing the details.
Bonus points if you’ve:
- Worked on enterprise or complex systems.
- Contributed to or managed a design system.
- Got experience in wagering, fintech, or regulated industries.
