Senior UX Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, ensuring high-quality design execution, collaboration, and continuous skill development.
• Define and drive UX strategy, design architecture, and scalable design systems across web and mobile products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developer and Business Stakeholders to transform business requirements into user-centric solutions.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, usability testing, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and validate design decisions.
• Design end-to-end user experiences for both B2B and B2C products, including user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models.
• Create data-driven case studies and leverage user insights, analytics, and feedback to solve complex business problems and improve product experiences.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or User Experience Leadership roles, with proven experience leading design teams.
• Strong expertise in UX Strategy, Design Thinking, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and User-Centered Design principles.
• Hands-on experience building and managing Design Systems, Component Libraries, and Design Governance frameworks.
• Proven experience designing and delivering successful B2B and B2C digital products with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory), Adobe Creative Suite, and modern prototyping tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, market research, usability testing, and analytical skills with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
