Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:
– Conduct user research and gather requirements to understand user needs and behaviors
– Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to create intuitive and user-friendly products
– Test and iterate on product designs to continuously improve the user experience
– Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques

Who we are looking for:
– Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field
– At least 3 years of experience in UX design
– Strong portfolio of work demonstrating user-centered design solutions
– Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Experience working in an Agile development environment

Good to have:
– Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web design
– Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
– Experience with user testing and research methodologies
